LOTAIP

According to Art. 7 on the Guarantee of Access to Information of the General Regulation of the Organic Law of Transparency and Access to Public Information (LOTAIP), in which mention is made of the exercise of the right to free access to public information by citizens and compliance with public and private institutions required by law to provide public information; and, to receive the annual reports that the institutions subject to this regulation must present, with the content specified in the law.
